The WATOTO Framework V6.8 covers 10 standards across African child rights in digital contexts. Standards S2 (PALAVER) through S10 (HARAMBEE) span participation, developmental design, culture, data sovereignty, AI accountability, family, identity, epistemic justice, and infrastructure equity.
